and delivered on the day that you have requested.

What more could you expect from The Largest Retail Shipper of Flowers from Hawaii (sm)? Since we grow our own beautiful tropical flowers and have direct control of special order flowers from other neighborhood growers we can offer a guarantee above and beyond other retailers. Wedding flowers ordered from us ship from our location on the Big Island of Hawaii, directly to you without middlemen.

Flowers typically pass through many hands before reaching your local florist. As an original source grower we eliminate the middlemen and many of the concerns of freshness, availability, and delays which may be found when using a local third-party. And, as The Largest Retail Shipper of Flowers from Hawaii (sm) we do have experience in handling even the largest of weddings! We are so sure you’ll rest easy knowing your wedding flowers are in good hands we’ve guaranteed it.

Exclusions
Errors and omissions on your invoice are solely your responsibility. Please carefully review your invoice for accuracy.

Flowers are perishable and must be accepted, unpacked and cared for (care instructions are included) upon delivery. You are solely responsible for ensuring someone is available for receipt of your order. Orders not accepted upon the first delivery attempt or not picked up from your carrier within two (2) hours of arrival notification shall void our guarantee. Please immediately follow the care instructions provided.

If you do find problems with your order you must notify us by fax or email within six (6) hours of the first delivery attempt or the arrival notification by your carrier or our guarantee shall be void. If you have been working with one of our Personal Assistants (sm) or Assistants for Bridal Consultants (sm), please notify them as it may be very possible for us to replace any damaged items in your order prior to your wedding.

In today's world every shipment of every item is subject to unforeseen acts of nature, random government inspections, shipper mishaps, airline security issues, delivery equipment failure, extreme weather conditions, or other delays. Our guarantee shall be void if the cause of a delay in your order is beyond our control or the control of the shipper. All FedEx® shipping charges are not refundable unless they acknowledge their fault.

Limits
We will gladly reship any damaged portion of your order or issue you a store credit for the price of those items at your option. All FedEx® shipping charges are not refundable unless they acknowledge their fault.

Extended Damage or Delay Coverage
Under our optional Wedding Flower Assurance (sm) program we will refund up to the entire purchase price of your invoice, less Shipping & Assurance charges, in the unlikely event of any damage or delay during shipment to any portion of your order, excluding any in-transit shipping changes. This optional coverage is available for a nominal fee by selecting the appropriate shipping method that states ‘with Assurance’ or by requesting it from your Personal Assistants (sm) or Assistants for Bridal Consultants (sm). Wedding Flower Assurance (sm) covers only the items contained on a single invoice showing the purchase of Wedding Flower Assurance (sm) and confirmation of your purchase of it is solely your responsibility. Coverage ceases upon first attempted delivery. Claims must be filed via facsimile or email within four (4) hours of the first attempted delivery time. We may request photos of damaged items and will rely solely on FedEx® for tracking information and attempted delivery times.

Agreement to Terms
By ordering you agree to the terms of our Shipping Policy and this Satisfaction Guarantee to the exclusion of any other written or verbal terms.
